Based in New York, Mr. Ahmed’s legal and operational experience spans across multiple disciplines including direct investments, asset management, artificial intelligence, mining, physical commodities, healthcare, infrastructure, blockchain, cryptocurrencies and defense contracting. Specifically, he has worked in both an internal and external role as either General Counsel, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Strategy Officer or Chief Operations Officer overseeing legal and strategy for firms in alternative asset management, defense, finance, and various technology sectors. Previous firms include NMS Capital Group, Solus Alternative Asset Management, Thor Global Defense Group, Unified Global Intelligence Corp, ARX Group and Morgan Stanley. Mr. Ahmed is an alumnus of Duke University with degrees in Economics and Psychology. In addition, he holds a Juris Doctorate from Hofstra Law School with dual concentrations in Corporate and Securities Law and Criminal Law and Procedure.
